Our In-House Wellness Plan is a great option for those
individuals and families without dental insurance.

Membership cost is $399.00 annually for the first family member…and only $349.00 for each additional family
member (save $50.00 per additional member).

The annual plan includes:

- 2 dental cleanings
- 2 dental exams 

- Any necessary dental X-rays
- Unlimited emergency exams
- Oral cancer screening

Plus you'll receive additional savings on the following:
- 2 periodontal cleanings at $59 each (additional cleanings @ $145 each)
- Free whitening (option to upgrade to in-office Sinsational Smiles for $49)
- Additional Sinsational Smiles offered at $99 per session (normally $150)
- 15% off  dental procedures (not including implant and orthodontic services)
- 10% off implant and orthodontic services
- 10% savings on Same Day Smiles (single appointment veneers with CADSmiles)
- 10% savings on products (excluding VPro)

All membership fees are due and payable at the time of registration and are NON-REFUNDABLE. Plan duration is for one year from registration date. All patients portions for services received are due at time of services in order to receive benefits. Interest-free payment plans are available on request with approved credit.

When a payment plan is used, your Member Savings will be 5% up front and the remaining 10% used to receive interest free payment options.
